Retreats by Go with Jenny O

Force Majeure

If a Retreat by Go with Jenny O is cancelled, directly or indirectly as a result of an act of god, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, accident, fire, strike, lockout, weather, or other labor dispute, riot or other civil commotion, act of public enemy, enactment, rule, order or act of government or governmental instrumentality (federal, state or local), epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease, quarantines, failure of the Facility, or other cause of a similar or different nature not within Go with Jenny O LLC’s control, Go with Jenny O LLC shall not be responsible in any way for any damages or payments made, including without limitation, death, injury, property damage, and/or travel expenses or incidentals. The aforementioned notwithstanding, with respect to a Force Majeure cancellation of the Event, Go with Jenny O LLC, in its sole and absolute discretion, may provide registrants with a comparable substitute event to attend as scheduled by Go with Jenny O LLC at the original location or a replacement location and subject to price increases/decreases in the event of increased or decreased costs resulting from the changed itinerary.

Photography

I understand that there may be photographs and/or videos taken during the Retreat, including photographs and/or videos of me. I agree that Go with Jenny O LLC may use such photographs and/or videos, for any purpose, including publicity, promotional advertising, marketing, and other content.

Personal details

By registering for a Retreat by Go with Jenny O, I accept this website's privacy policy terms and understand that by providing my personal phone number and email address I may receive follow up contact from a Go with Jenny O team member. My personal information will not be sold to any third party and will follow Go with Jenny O's standard privacy policy.

Refund Policy

This policy extends to ALL reasons for cancellation without exception. If you are concerned about the financial risk, we recommend you purchase cancellation/trip insurance. Some recommended travel insurance carriers are Arch RoamRight and Allianz. You can also check various rates on travelinsurance.com.

For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.

For cancellations made between 14-29 days prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred* to another person at no charge. *Transfers are not complete until new registrant completes full registration and any outstanding payment has been made (if applicable).

If you do not attend, arrive late to or leave early from the retreat, no refund or credit willl be issued.

No exceptions to these conditions apply.

Participant Behavior

The representatives of Go with Jenny O reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate behaviors of any sort, without refund. It is expected that all participants will respect the host, the space, and each other. Any violations of this nature will result in immediate removal, and any damages caused by such behavior will be the responsibility of the participant.
